Home Care Funding is provided by the Commonwealth Government to those eligible, to cover the costs of the services you need to help you live with confidence.The funding also pays for the administration and care management that we provide. The approximate funding amounts depend on the funding level you receive. Costs include package management, care management, and the cost of the services you choose. These costs are deducted from the funding you are allocated, and statements are provided monthly.
Package management is the administration in relation to your funding and includes things such as financial management and government reporting requirements.
Care management is the evaluation and assessment, by our staff, of the care and services that will best help you maintain your quality of life.
